Rental Management Company Recommendation

Hello, I'm just starting to look into purchasing a rental property in Houston Texas or Florida and am looking for some advice.

What are some good neighborhoods to look in?

I'm wondering if anyone has any good recommendations for a rental property management company, as I live out of state in CA.

Any other tips or advice on what to watch out for would be appreciated!

 Well, ideally the home will appreciate at least some, however, that's not the main goal. As long as the property produces net positive cash flow after management fees, then I would be interested in learning more about it.
