Is this against discrimination laws?

We are currently looking to rent out our single family home starting in June. We had several people come and look at the house and are very interested. I told everyone I was doing first come first serve (if they qualify of course). However, today I got an offer from someone who wants to pay the entire year's rent up front and sign a 1 year lease. Is it discriminating if I choose this person over the others??

Thanks!
