Common for multiple no-shows from Zillow?

We listed our new duplex on Zillow and had over 20 folks request to schedule a tour.  I responded to all immediately (email and/or phone) and probably 15 didn't respond at all and 3 no-shows after scheduling a time.  Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
