Need feedback on a new system for Fire & Flood protection

I'm reaching out to landlords who are interested in providing feedback on a new property protect ion program we are developing. We manufacture and have the patent on the only Smart smoke detector that is completely self contained and monitored 24/7 through cellular networks. The battery lasts several years and installation is as easy as peel & stick. which we think is a good solution for zombie properties, rehabs, flips and rental properties.

There are some solutions out there that are similar but they either need power (which is not usually a problem) or WiFi (which is an issue in the case of empty properties). When the SAM Smart Detector senses smoke, our central monitoring station automatically sends a text message to everyone on the contact list and our live operators call to see if it's a false alarm. In the case of empty properties, we can notify the property manager or instantly dispatch the fire department.

Insurance companies will usually offer a discount for having professionally monitored systems. By mid May, we will be expanding our offering from a smoke detector to additional connected devices including flood sensors, glass breaks, emergency panic buttons and CO detectors. I'm reaching out this forum because we have been getting great feedback and interest from rental property owners who have met us at trade shows and we would like to expand our reach into this market but would like to narrow down our offering a design a package that works best for landlords and their tenants. Please let me know if you would be willing to help.
