Statute of limitations on Eviction Judgement

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a statute of limitations on how long a Judge has to make a decision in an eviction case in Columbiana County, Ohio. I am a defendant in the case. It went before the Judge in December of 2016. I have contacted the court on several occasions and I am told that a decision has not been made. I have long since moved out of the property. My defense had numerous subjects including unannounced entering of the property by landlord on multiple occasions. Failure to take care of repairs and mold issues. Removing my belongings before court proceedings. Retaliation eviction because I filed with the clerk of courts. And forgery because the lease he filed with the court had changes made to it, but he used the original signature page.
