Lease addendum for rental with septic system

I own a farm that has a house on it that I am going to rent out.  The house is on a septic system and I know from living with one for years that you have to treat them different than city sewer.  Does anyone have a lease addendum that spells out what you have to do different, ie, no feminine hygiene products down the toilet, no bleach, etc and that the tenant will be responsible for damage or repairs?    I already know that most investors are going to say to stay away from a property with a septic system, but I bought this property for the land, 293 acres, and the house is a bonus so trying to make some income by renting it.
