Do your tenants leave garbage behind?

I have had tenants leave a mess behind, but fortunately none has been as bad as this tenant from Australia. Check out the video. I hope no one has had any issues quite this bad.

It's not uncommon for my clean-up guy to literally retch his guts out when removing what low-income tenants leave in their fridge after the power has been turned off.
