Tenent wants home cleaned again. Moved in weeks ago

Home has had carpets cleaned and then a professional deep clean on top of that. New tenant is now saying carpets are dirty and she's found trash on the floors. Multiple people did a walk thru before house was rented, it was clean. Thinking about doing another one time clean and that's final. How would you follow up on this?

I would politely tell  them no and if that is not good enough tell them to pound salt (politely if possible).
