Tenant with a 520 credit score
One of our newer buildings is in a lower class area type of inner city, but usually good people. We have a vacancy and an application came through where they recommended 2 months sec. deposit. The young woman is a bartender and makes 2977 a month. She has a student loan that was charged off by Sallie Mae and another one which has been late 6 times. She also has a 1k cell bill in collections with Verizon as well as a 2k utility bill in collections. The building isn't the easiest to rent, but all the units are in very good condition. We reconditioned all of them after taking the 10 unit building over. Oh, the current LL says she was a good tenant.
