Unique Ways and Places to promote my Property Management Co?

I am an investor and also manage properties for other investors. I am looking for unique ways to promote my property management business. I regularly attend local meetups, other than letter or postcard campaigns, what other ways should I be finding other investors to discuss our services?

@Corby Goade you should develop a way to market your services to real estate agents. Most agents won't touch property management with a ten-foot pole but they are regularly asked to manage properties that won't sell.

Put together a short flyer highlighting your services. Visit local brokerages and ask to attend a sales meeting, get to know the staff, sell your services, answer questions, etc. If you are an expert in the field, they will recognize it and start sending business your way. Even if they won't let you in the sales meeting, you may be able to leave your information with the secretary and have her pass it on to the agents.

I also recommend rewarding them for referrals. If a Landlord signs up for one year of management with you, send the referring agent a gift card for $100 and a nice thank-you card.
