Extra people living in rental

Our tenants have moved in their parents, who are not on the lease. There is limited parking at the property, and we don't want 4 adults in the property.  Their lease says guests can only stay for two weeks. Does anyone have a sample notice letter or language that we can use. we have had a discussion with them about this, but want to put something in writing.

We don't write this up a lot since it is so difficult to confirm additional occupancy, but here is an example that we sent for both pet and people violations:

Dear x and x,

This is a notice to stop violating the rental agreement, or move out.

First, Sampson is the only animal authorized to be on the premises. The monthly rent is based on one pet; more requires approval, an additional $25/month rent, and a pet deposit. Failure to obtain written permission for other animals on the property, for any reason or length of time, is cause for immediate eviction.

Second, our maximum occupancy for your unit is four people, and guests are only allowed to occupy the premises 10 days in any six month period without the prior written consent of the Landlord.

We ask that our tenants pay rent on time and follow the rules in the rental agreement. Failure to do so jeopardizes your tenancy and impacts your landlord reference if you decide to move. Waiving late fees and being lenient on late rent is not extended to tenants that violate the rental agreement.

Please remove the extra pets and occupants or move out by Sunday June 17th at the very latest. If the situation still exists then, we will exercise our legal right to begin eviction proceedings or end the rental agreement.

Yours truly,
