Online Rental Application Submission
Looking for thoughts and opinions regarding this option. Recently I have found it aggravating to deal with having to meet prospective tenants to hand deliver applications, or dealing with those who don't know how to edit an emailed PDF application and return. As a possible solution, I located an online form submission site that allows me to create a custom form, to which I can provide a link in my advertisement. From there, applicants can fill it out and the completed form is emailed to me automatically.
This link is an example to the current form I am using. I still have to make a few modifications, but looking for thoughts about using this instead of a traditional paper application.
Thanks!
