BRRR and Home insurance?

Hey Guys!

My first post.

I absolutely love anything and everything that BP offers.

I have looked into the BRRR a lot and see how power this strategy can be.

My question is during the BRRR process does your home insurance change since the home value changes??

    a vacant hoise costs much more to insure. if there is a fire, no one is there with a fire extinguisher. If a pipe bursts, someone may not see it right away and shut off water. Thieves could break in and steel all the copper piping. The list goes on
