How much for security deposit? (College rental)
So I'm in the mists of purchasing my first college rental and I was wondering how much I should ask for a security deposit compared to the rent. I know college students party and destroy stuff so I'm guessing it should be somewhat high lol any advice would be awesome! Thanks
