Collection Agency Process

I recently purchased a 4 unit a few months back and got stuck with one set of poor tenants that I evicted.  Their rent due was in excess of the security and although I do not have any expectation of collecting, I would like to at least have their debt reported on their credit reports. Does anybody have any additional information/referrals on services they have utilized to begin the process?  Thanks I would appreciate it.
