Rent collection automation software, has anyone used it?

Hello, I am fairly new to real estate investment. I have a few rental properties and looking to expand into a few more this year. I try to automate the more tedious tasks of my business and collecting rent is one of those tasks. I came across this FaceBook post  http://rentpost.com/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=rg1102 and was wondering if anyone has used this software. They offer a 30-day free trial which seems a little short for a product like this, but they also seem to be more affordable then over companies. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
