Landlord Insurance Questions
Hey all, I was looking for a bit help when it comes to insurance. We are doing the BRRRR strategy after flipping mostly for the past two years and I was looking to the community for some knowledge about what to look out for for landlord insurance and if there are products out there that transition well between builder's risk to landlord. Been burned by bad coverage in the past so I don't want to repeat that in the future. Any help or recommendations on who to talk to (I'm in Chicago and the properties are in the south suburbs) would be very helpful. Thanks
