How can i remove no parking sign from my apartment building ?

i bought  3 unit apartment building which is brand new. This property used to be one single house.

To rent this place i have problem ,because it is 4 bedrooms and it has only 2 parking space. There is a sign in front of the these 3 units which says  "NO PARKING ". I would like to know how to request the city to change the sign that makes tenants parks in front of the units.
