Section 8 rentals in Memphis, TN

Does anyone have experience in working with section 8 rentals in Memphis.  Does anyone have a good property manager in the area as well?  I have heard that section 8 varies by cities and areas.  I know that they are pretty good but in Tampa, FL.  Any information would be helpful.

@Franklin Parker - We have rentals in Memphis but not section 8.  If you don't get much response, you might want to repost the question in the Memphis forum.
