Concerns about paint color

They just finished repainting the interior of the house. The old paint color was grey, and they told me it was technically "earth smoke or technically "earth smoke" and they would match it with that color. They recommended going with the same color (earth smoke) to better conceal up the repatched drywall, so I did. Otherwise I would have gone with navajo white or one of the other colors mentioned here. I just went over there, and the interior has more of a yellowish tinge to it now, although it is not exactly yellow. Is this something to be concerned about, in terms of renting, or is any light color considered "acceptable", or only white? Unfortunately I don't have a photo of the paint color to post here. I would hate to have to pay hundreds of $ a week or two from now to repaint just to be able to rent it out.
