Quick Question on Phoenix Rent Prices

Matt Dickens

Hey all, I am current pretty familiar with cost of rent in the Tempe, Arizona area, but I am looking to expand my searches to include Chandler and North, Central Phoenix (Encanto, Woodland, etc.). Is anyone currently running rentals in these markets that could let me know the going rent?

Hey Matt, I don't have any rentals in Phx but when I look for comps, I use rentometer.com. Been pretty spot-on from what I've seen. Other than that, you can just use the regular real estate sites (Zillow, Trulia, etc.) to run the comps yourself.
