1 Bedroom, 1 Bath and Children
I have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo that I'm getting ready to list for rent in Texas. Are children allowed if it's just a 1 bedroom?

Absolutely. If you deliberately exclude all applicants with children, specifically because of their family status, you are very much violating federal fair housing.
