Multifamily Landlord Law in FL

Hey guys,

I am in the process of reading up on some landlord law, and finding the material is extremely vast and quite particular to your location and situation. I am looking to own MF properties in Florida, and with my job will have to hire out a property management company. I want to make sure I have all the knowledge I need on landlord tenant law, so that when complications do arise I know that my PM is taking the correct measures and is not hurting my situation. I am just curious to know from fellow investors if there are any other laws specific to MF in Florida that I should know before diving into this unfamiliar territory. Thank you, and happy investing!
