Expanding my property management company

Hello,

I am an owner of a small property management firm in South Bay Area, CA. I have started this company 5 years ago as a side business because I really didn't like property management companies that were taking care of my properties. Now we have grown to manage over 50 units, but I am looking to grow it much more in the next year or two so I would not have to hold on to my other full time job. I am looking for advice and ideas on how to expand my company and how to get new clients. Our fees are below other management companies and our services and track record is definetly one of the best around. Thank you.
