Can I manage my parents rental properties?
Hi everyone. So here is my question.... my parents have 7 rental units here in Illinois. They want to travel and have me manage their properties. (Showings, lease signings, etc) Am I allowed to do this for them, if I don't accept any form of payment or compensation from them? I am not a broker... that's why I worry about the legalities of just helping them out. Again, I'm not receiving any compensation for this.
