Free Money for your Bad Tenants

Got some tenants about to be evicted? How about behind on utilities? Lucky you because the government has some free money for them to give to you.

I went to a local workshop and NC got a million bucks for this program. Cynicism aside, this program probably will help some who are truly in need.

But I'll say this, when I told my poorer tenants about this program one rightly complained about the unfairness of her working so hard just to stay even while others could use their eviction notice for a free bailout.
