Parent Co-signer question

Should I require a young potential tenant to have both her parents as cosigners, they are married to each other, and checked both their credit scores? Or is it OK to just have just one of them as a cosigner and check one of their credit scores? They are going to help her a little with rent, she is a recent grad.
