PDX condo upgrades/renovation priorities
Hi everyone,
I'm looking to make some condo upgrades before renting it out. My condo is located in the pearl district in Portland. It's in pretty good shape, but could use some upgrades to compete with the surrounding new development.
What would you suggest are the top 3-5 general upgrades to focus on in the downtown PDX/pearl district, or in the general PDX market that are typically successful with tenants and high occupancy rates?
