I have tenant who has electricity under his name and I have sign landlord contract with electricity company.

My question if tenant stops paying his bill Question:

Electricity is under tenant name but will get defaulted to me if doesn’t pay it.

So my question is what to do in this situation if he is not paying electricity and it get defaulted under my name can I legally tell electricity provider to disconnect electricity while tenant is living there as this is due to his fault not paying his bill for electricity and I have nothing to do with it.

thx/
