Exhaust Fans in Bathroom
I have a four unit multi-family property and aside from a window in each of the bathrooms there is no exhaust fan. I need to do something about the humidity levels and am deciding what the best option would be. Should I purchase dehumidifiers? Install exhaust fans that would go out to the exterior brick wall? Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Fans that blow to the exterior are the best bet.
Then you have to make sure tenants run them.
You can hardwire them to the same switch as the light so they go on every time, OR
you can install an automatic humidity sensing switch that makes the fan go on when the humidity in the room gets to high. They run about $30.
