24 hour handyman in Columbus Ohio?

Hello, everyone. I recently purchased my first rental property last month. It is a duplex located on the west side of Columbus Ohio (Hilltop Area). There are tenants currently residing in both units, and while there are no repairs needed at this time, it is an older property. I'm wondering if anyone can provide references for a reliable handyman who is available for emergency calls as well future work in general. I'd like to establish a working relationship with someone so that I won't be caught off guard when an emergency happens. Thank you for you help.

You're not going to find a 24-hour handyman, also not sure why you would need one. However some of the larger HVAC and plumbing vendors in Columbus offer 24-hour service.
