Adding vendors in Quicken Property Manager

I just bought Quicken Property Manager.  Not sure how well I like it.  I cannot figure out how to add vendors.   I have all my buildings and tenants added, but can't figure out the vendors.

I would very much appreciate any answers.

On the first page, there should be a menu on the left and side.

Click vendors.

Then look in the upper right hand corner and click the green button that reads "new vendor"

Thank you for replying because this situation is frustrating me. I am not finding what you refer to.  I am actually not sure what you mean by the first page.  Do you mean the first tab on the left?  Which is accounts?  All that drops down when I click on that is transactions.  If I go to the business tab and click business actions there is an add vendors option.  However, those vendors I add then do not show up when I enter an expense under rental property tab.  I have tried entering them as quick fill, vendors and any and all options but have had not success getting them to show up when I add expenses.  Thank you again for taking time to reply

Ha!! Got it. Memorized Payee List is the way to go. If I add it there it will quick fill when I do a transaction under rental property. Plus, I can add it to for example, rental utilities and sub category water bill. Thanks for your help. I hate learning a new program.
