Renters Insurance Coverage

Hello BP Landlords:

I am updating my lease agreement to make it clear that tenants must purchase renters insurance. For those of you that require renters insurance from your tenants, what are the minimum requirements you expect?  For example what is the minimum coverage for personal liability or property damage.

If it gives you guidance, I own single family homes, and some of my tenants do have pets.
