Ready To Get Started, No Money, Need Experience!

I'm trying to be as creative as possible here. I'm recently married and want to get started. I lack money and experience. This is my question: is there any member in the Minneapolis - St. Paul, MN Region working on projects needing an extra part time hand? I am willing to help in any way. I know I, and most people too, learn the best by experience. Thus why I am writing this post.

A piggy back off of that is if there is anyone with a vacancy in a rental property looking to fill it? I would love for my wife and I to move in. Trade off would be, me and my wife helping manage tenants, helping with marketing, helping with renovations... etc. for a discounted rate on rent... When I said no money, I meant we have very little dollars...

I know real estate investing is a great vehicle for building wealth and I want to build my skills now so I can get started on my own asap, helping as many people and investors as I can along the way!

Respond on this forum or reach out to me individually.

Maybe this isn't a "cool" thing to do on a forum, but like I said I am trying to be creative.
