Deposit damages: can I charge for lost rent during repair period?

It appears that in WA state no judgement is needed to send a tenant to collections, I am their creditor. All I need is evidence.

That said, the unit cannot be rented in it's present condition, and I'm not only going to pay for damages well above her deposit, but am also out a months rent while the house is being repaired.

It appears the only way for her to fight it is to go to court once it hits her credit report, but I have a mountain of evidence against this loser, including her slamming the door in my face and her racist diatribe on video, pictures, texts, etc.
