Spread some holiday cheer

It is that time of year where people are spreading holiday cheer. Many tenants spend thousand of dollars per year doing business with you, so send your tenants a holiday card to say thank you, and happy holidays. It's the right thing to do!

We had postcard style cards printed at Vistaprint.  We have included Subway gift cards for the past several years, currently having an internal debate on whether to continue with that or go with Papa Murphy's. I send similar birthday wishes with a Starbucks card as well.  Just a little token of appreciation.
