Renters wants to extend

Hello BP,

My tenants want to add 5 more months into the existing 12 mos lease. Their current lease will end in 2 months. They are very good tenants. I was planning to let them rent until the end of their 5 month requested add- on without signing a new lease agreement. Their current lease has a clause that if tenants decide to stay, lease agreement will continue as it is. Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks,

Jem
