Playground Equipment on Property
Hey BiggerPockets Universe,
I have a friend that recently bought a new home and is getting ready to rent out his old home. The issue is that he has playground equipment (swing set, monkey bars, etc). In his backyard. He is trying to decide if he should just remove it for liability purposes or if he should try to add language to his lease that will protect him from (or at least limit) his liability.
Has anyone had this issue before? Any advice would be useful and appreciated.
