I have a single family home in Round Rock that is a rental property. I am looking for an honest contractor or handyman who I can pay to inspect my property,take photos, and make any repair suggestions on a yearly basis. I have had the same tenant for 3+ years and self manage this property. Any handyman or contractor referrals would be appreciated. Thank you.
