Hi Guys,

Thinking about buying a rental thats in excellent condition, new windows, siding, roof in 2013.

What can y'all tell me about the rental market? It seems very attractive. Here are the numbers:

My only concern is that it would be a pain in the *** if I were to ever evict a tenant in this county.

Thoughts?
