AirBnB during vacancy?

Closing on a property at the end of october. Renovations will take 2 weeks.

I anticipate having a hard time finding a good renter during the fall/winter months, so I'm considering furnishing the bedrooms with beds, couch in the LR, and a table in the kitchen - very basic.

Then advertising on airBnB just to cover expenses until a long term tenant is found.

Any problems with this approach?

Anything to be pre-emptive/preventative about?

How does the insurance company see this?
