Zillow Rental Manager - Formatting/HTML??

Hey BP!

We just finished up the rehab on our 4th rental property and have decided to manage this one ourselves after using a property manager on the first 3.

I'm working on the listing on Zillow Rental Manager, and it's driving me crazy that I can't seem to apply any formatting or HTML to description, so it's just one big ugly paragraph.  Any whitespace is stripped once the listing is saved.

Does anyone know any tricks to apply formatting - at least line breaks - to a listing?  I've searched around online a bit and have so far only found others complaining about the same thing.

Thanks!
