Two phones?
I am just starting as a landlord and will have a duplex. Was wondering what you guys do for managing your personal and tenant communication. I would like to have two separate phone numbers. Should I get another smartphone or was looking at getting a smartphone with dual-sim capability. Just wondering how everyone else managing this aspect?

If you get an unlocked phone, like my ASUS Zenfone, you can have two sim cards. So you could have your regular number with data and all that jazz and then have a second number with just talk/text for tenant communication. Easier to manage as you only have one device, and you can actually write off the entire second line's cost instead of having to keep track the hard way.
