Processes/Forms

I am a new investor on the verge of acquiring 15 doors. I've read and worked on a few different things that can be used for each unit in an attempt to decrease future headaches and answer questions(in and out checklists, property knowledge sheet, turnover checklist). One good idea I've gotten from a landlord friend is to develop a laminated form that has contact information, due dates, etc. and staple it into a kitchen cabinet. Any recommendations on other ways to streamline processes?
