Disaster assistance

Does anyone know of any programs that will assist landlords when a disaster strikes. We have some rentals that were flooded in Baton Rouge last weekend and are quickly finding out there is nothing for landlords. None were in flood zones so we have no flood insurance. Please let me know if you know of anything. Thanks

I believe you have to register with FEMA first, then you will actually get assistance in the form of a loan from SBA at https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela/Account/Register1

My friend and colleague @tami dubose is going through the process now and she's the one I got the link above from.
