Hamsters

Hey BP,

Does anyone have any experience with tenants having hamsters? I have a tenant that would like to have one, but I have no clue what (if any) problems are associated with hamsters.

We allow pets with a pet fee, but I have no clue what to charge for a hamster. I think it would probably be less than a dog/cat, but I have no clue what kind of lasting damage/odors a hamster could cause.

Anyone have experience with the little guys?

Thanks!

Tony
