My tenant moved out of a Florida property and left some personal property (potted plants, etc).  They want to come by and pick them up.  I gave them a date and time, but they have not agreed yet.  If they don't come to pick the property up, is the property ours?  Can I dispose of it?  I want to be done with these tenants so I don't want them knocking on the door 30 days from now asking for their potted plants and stuff back.
