I pulled money out of the stock market and plan to buy a number of properties to produce the income stream we need to live our lives.  I will pay cash and plan to buy in my own local area.  If I manage them myself (probably 18-20 units), can anyone tell me a good reason to have my own website?  I figure our marketing will be mainly through Craigslist, local sources, etc., so I'm unsure of any other need for a website/email.  I'll use Google voice messaging/texting as a main source for communications.  Am I missing something?  Thanks.
