I'm curious, what is everybody's cash flow goals? What I mean is how much money a year would you comfortably be able to live on before you'd stop adding to your portfolio and how many units? My goal is 70k a year net cash flow with 6 buildings (3 - 4 plexes and 3 duplexes) containing 18 units paid off.

I have set my freedom number at $7,000/month. That will allow my family to live comfortably, buy the things we need, some things we don't need, save for the future, and go on nice vacations.
