Evictions on the grounds of denial of entry

Hello bigger pockets,

I have a tenant who has filed a complaint against me for repairs.  I gave them a 24-hr notice to enter for necessary repairs.  When my handyman and myself arrived they pretended to not be home.  They have moved in a animal so I did not enter on my own.  I then gave them another 24 hr notice to enter and they again did the same thing.  

My question is do I have enough to file an eviction with the court?  I know in most cases you must have some form of notice to comply but in this case wouldn't the 24 hour notices be enough?  I'm in California, and I know each state is different but if anyone has a eviction on this grounds I'd like to hear your experience.
